The Opportunity

n

We are seeking a committed and experienced Receptionist to join our thriving Murrumbeena clinic on a full-time basis.

n

You'll help deliver a high standard of care while creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client. Your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services to our patients and you will be a key ambassador for the clinic.

n

Your key duties will include, but won't be limited to:

n

n
- Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations.
n
- Schedule appointments and handle phone and email enquiries.
n
- Process payments and manage health fund claims via HICAPS.
n




- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
n
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless clinic operations.
n

What We're Looking For

n

Ideally, we'd like someone with allied health or medical reception experience, but a positive attitude is by far the most important!

n

We'd love to hear from those people who want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, and who are confident in meeting deadlines and working to achieve team-based goals.

Ideal candidates will have:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Team Player with a "can-do" attitude.
n
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail.

- Proficient use of Microsoft suite.
n
- Self-motivated and enjoy contributing to a team environment.
