The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our vibrant Catholic secondary school community. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about mathematics, committed to academic excellence, and eager to contribute to the faith formation and wellbeing of young people.

In addition to holding a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation, the successful candidates will be able to:

- Teach Mathematics Stages 4-6.
- Plan and deliver engaging, evidence-based teaching and learning programs.
- Assess, monitor, provide feedback on, and report student progress and achievement.
- Develop and implement curriculum programs and assessments across a range of stages (preferred but not essential).
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support student learning and College wide initiatives.
- Confidently implement new syllabus and curriculum requirements.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Use contemporary pedagogical practices, differentiated teaching strategies, and innovative resources to maximise student engagement and outcomes.
- Effectively manage student behaviour and foster a positive learning culture.
- The ability to teach an additional subject be highly desirable.
