This is a Permanent Full-Time Opportunitythat reports directly to the Team Lead - Greater Sydney.

You'll make a difference in this role by:

- Providingevidence-based assessment, intervention supports and other clinically appropriate strategies to assist client/family to achieve outcomes.
- Delivering services in person, via telepractice in a NextSense centre, client home, school or other appropriate setting.
- Usinga person/family centred framework when providing service to enable clients and their families to develop their skills and capacity and achieve outcomes.
- Developing, delivering and evaluatingIndividual Support Plans (ISP), and progress reports with the client, family and relevant others, that reflect the individual’s strengths and needs and the family’s priorities.




- Maintaining client records to ensure all information, including sensitive issues, are treated in a way that respects the individual clients right to confidentiality and dignity.
- Completingclient related administration, ensuring all client information and records, inclusive of case notes, and reports meet legislative and policy requirements.
- Understanding and strivingto achieve key metrics and performance indicators for your role to maintain sustainable activity and achieve outcomes for our clients.
- Participatingin and provide clinical supervision to other team members.
- Committing to continuing professional development across the DHH/BLV sector, and subsequently demonstrate and share knowledge.
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager

About You

- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in provision of occupational therapy services and demonstrate sound clinical skills and knowledge
- Be able to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to client outcomes in a team setting
- Prior experience in working with clients with a sensory disability highly desirable




- Experience working towards goals and key performance indicators
- Working knowledge of NDIS framework desirable
- Ability to learn recent systems, processes and frameworks
- You are obliged to become familiar with, and comply with child protection policies and legislation, as amended from time to time
