We're currently seeking an organised, customer-focused andproactive People & Culture Officer to join our collaborative teamon a permanent basis.

This role offers the opportunity to be involved across theentire employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment, onboarding,learning and development, employee programs and key People &Culture; initiatives. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pridein delivering exceptional service and administration support.

About the Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring our people processes runsmoothly while helping create a positive employee experience acrossthe organisation.

You’ll work closely with leaders, employees, candidates,training providers and external stakeholders to support recruitmentactivities, coordinate learning and development programs, manageonboarding processes and maintain the integrity of our People &Culture; systems.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:





- Deliver exceptional administrative support across thePeople & Culture function
- Maintain accurate employee records and data integrityacross HRIS, LMS and related systems
- Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding and siteinduction processes
- Schedule and administer learning and development programsacross the business
- Maintain and update learning materials and competencyrecords within the Learning Management System
- Liaise with candidates, employees, registered trainingorganisations and other stakeholders
- Support the coordination of apprenticeships, traineeshipsand work experience programs
- Prepare People & Culture reports and workforce data asrequired
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, projectsand process enhancements
- Build positive working relationships across theorganisation to deliver outstanding customer serviceoutcomes.

About You

You’ll be a highly organised professional with strongadministrative capability and a genuine passion for supportingpeople.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

- Experience in a People & Culture, HR, training oradministration role
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong processdiscipline
- Experience working with HRIS, LMS, ERP or similar businesssystems
- Strong scheduling, coordination and planning skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office capability
- Excellent communication and relationship-buildingskills




- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meetdeadlines
- Strong data entry and record management skills with a focuson accuracy
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to serviceexcellence
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and learning& development activities

Highly regarded:

- Certificate III in Business or Business Administration
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
- Knowledge of Vocational Education and Training (VET)principles and practices.
