Ivory Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / IR Specialist to join the People & Culture team on an initial 6-month contract. The role is office-based in Sydney with a 35-hour workweek and immediate start, focusing on complex ER/IR matters for a Local Government context.

You will provide trusted HR advice, navigate union interactions, interpret awards and legislation, and support investigations and case management in a collaborative setting.
