Installations Coordinator - Home Electrification

As we continue to grow nationally, we’re looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Installations Coordinator to join our Byron Bay Head Office.

This is a fast-paced coordination role where you’ll be right in the middle of the action, managing installer schedules, customers, contractors and last-minute changes to make sure installations happen smoothly and on time.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for coordinating 60+ installations per week across our national network.

No two days will look exactly the same. You might be locking in installer availability, rearranging a schedule after a cancellation, speaking with a customer about their install, onboarding a new contractor or solving an issue before it becomes a bigger one.

You’ll work closely with our Technical, Logistics, Customer Service and Installations teams to keep everything moving.

Please note: This role requires you to be on site Mon-Fri in our vibrant Byron Bay HQ located in the industrial estate - please only apply if you reside in the Northern Rivers.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Scheduling and confirming installer availability nationwide
- Coordinating 60+ installations each week
- Managing daily and weekly scheduling changes
- Rescheduling appointments when plans inevitably move around

- Managing inbound calls and messages from customers and contractors




- Confirming installation dates and negotiating rearrangements when required
- Troubleshooting issues quickly and keeping customers informed
- Managing expectations across customers, installers and internal teams
- Finding solutions that keep installations moving and customers happy

About You

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen.

You’ll ideally have:

- 2+ years' experience in scheduling, coordination, project coordination, account management, cutomer service or BDM-style roles
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to negotiate when required
- The ability to build rapport quickly with customers and contractors
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A calm approach when plans change at the last minute
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness
- Confidence learning and working across different systems
- A proactive, self-starting attitude

Salesforce experience is a bonus, but not essential.
