Join our fantastic QLD team as a 360 Account Manager based on the Sunshine Coast, where you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our valued customers. This role focuses on fostering and strengthening client relations, customer service and account management, as well as ensuring the smooth and protected delivery of staffing solutions.
You’ll act as the key liaison between our clients and operational teams, working to ensure service excellence, customer satisfaction, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a strong client account to meet revenue and service targets.
- Deliver high-level customer service through regular site visits, issue resolution, and proactive relationship management.
- Ensuring adherence to SLAs and commercial objectives.
- Monitor site activity, fill rates,
and timesheet accuracy to meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to deliver quality outcomes.
