The Opportunity

Based at our Tamworth branch, this is your chance to take the reins of the service department as we grow the team. You'll lead the workshop and field technicians, keep jobs flowing and customers looked after, and stay hands on with the tools when the pressure is on.

We're open to an experienced Service Manager or a senior technician who has been running the floor unofficially and is ready to make it official. If that's you, we'll back you with the training and support to step up.

Day to day, you'll:

- Schedule and allocate work across the workshop and field service technicians
- Quote jobs, manage warranty claims and keep job cards moving
- Work alongside the team on diagnostics and the tougher jobs
- Manage customer communication and keep machine downtime to a minimum




- Support and mentor apprentices and less experienced techs
- Keep WHS standards front and centre

About you

- Trade qualification in agricultural, heavy diesel, plant or automotive mechanics
- Hands on experience across tractors, excavators, mowers, earthmoving or similar equipment
- Leadership experience, formal or informal. If you've been the one the workshop turns to, we want to hear from you
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Current driver's licence
