Rehabilitation Counsellor | Prov Psychologist | Registered Psychologist

Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological and supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

What you will be doing:

- Psychosocial coaching to participants with injury, illness or disability
- Case managing complex psychological issues and liaising with treating health professionals
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Develop graduated return plans by liaising doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals

What you will need:

- AHPRA Provisional or General Psychologist Registration
- Associate ASORC (Australian Society Of Rehabilitation Counsellors) membership or Full RCCAA (Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australasia) membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Relevant Psychology and Rehabilitation Counsellor qualification
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
