We are seeking an experienced Civil Concreter to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, NSW.

As a Civil Concreter, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality concrete work across our diverse construction projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all concrete structures meet the required specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure and construction projects whilst working with a reputable and established construction company.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and setting up concrete work sites, including formwork installation and reinforcement placement
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Ensuring concrete work meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Collaborating with other trades and construction teams to ensure coordinated project delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of concrete work, materials used, and labour hours
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice implementation on site

What we are looking for

- Proven experience working as a Civil Concreter on CIVIL projects specialising in the following:-
- Road Lintels
- Culverts
- Footpaths
- Kerb & Gutter
- V-Drains
- Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques including screeding,



smoothing, and trowelling
- Experience with formwork construction and reinforcement placement
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to various project sites within Sydney (MR License an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
