WHAT IS THE ROLE?

This role sits within the Buzz Finance division, directly reporting to the CFO. You will be a conduit between Finance and the business and will provide crucial decision support, insightful analysis and continuous improvement across key finance processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Business partnering with Client Services, Product Development, Supply Chain, Production and Logistics
- Developing inputs into the monthly forecasts for P&L; and Cashflow and identifying risks and opportunities
- Supporting the annual budgeting process
- Providing financial analysis for new projects to evaluate commercial viability.
- Performing analysis for project close outs
- Providing reporting and analysis for quarterly Board meeting.
- Implementing productivity improvements by automating and simplifying financial processes.
- Ad hoc financial modelling and/or scenario analysis

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

This is an important role requiring the following:





- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Business/Commerce or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
- Prior experience in a simlar role, preferably in a consumer products business.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to manage ambiguity
- Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience with Power BI and Sage or other ERP system (desired but not essential).
