About the Role

n

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tyre Fitter to join our team on a full-time basis. If you're passionate about the automotive industry, take pride in your work, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n
- Experience working in an automotive mechanical workshop.
n
- Mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
n
- Additional automotive qualifications or certifications (advantageous but not essential).
n
- Permanent Australian residency.
n
- A current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
n
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Fit, balance, rotate, and repair tyres on a wide range of passenger and light commercial vehicles.
n
- Perform wheel alignments (training can be provided if required).
n
- Inspect tyres and wheels for wear, damage, and safety concerns, and provide recommendations to customers.
n
- Carry out puncture repairs and tyre replacements efficiently and safely.
n




- Assist with basic vehicle servicing and workshop duties as required.
n
- Work closely with the workshop owner and team to ensure daily targets and customer expectations are met.
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work workplace in accordance with workplace health and safety standards.
n
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service while communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and fellow team members.
n
