Job Description

Independence Australia in West Footscray, VIC is seeking dedicated Customer Service Officers for our national contact centre. You will be the first point of contact, delivering high-quality, empathetic service to vulnerable community members, suppliers and partners by phone and email.

This full-time role offers a stable rotating roster set three months in advance. You will work with a supportive team to resolve inquiries, process orders accurately, and uphold protected, compliant practice.
