Impact Family Services is growing and we're looking for Senior Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our supportive and values-driven team in the Sydney region.

n

This role offers the flexibility of working from home while supporting participants in the community, with a strong focus on neuro‐affirming and person‐centred practice. We are open to experienced practitioners as well as those looking to develop their career in behaviour support.

About the role

n

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

n

n
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans
n
- Work alongside families and support teams to ensure consistent strategies
n
- Provide guidance and training to support workers
n




- Support participants with disability to build skills in emotional regulation and independence
n

n

Who we're looking for

n

n
- Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission (Proficient, Advanced or Specialist)
n
- Experience developing and implementing Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
n
- Experience supporting teams and implementing behaviour support strategies
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, providers and multidisciplinary teams
n

n
