Job Description

As our Sales Administrator / Sales Assistant, you'll support our Sales team and help keep customer orders and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide friendly, professional support.
n
- Assist the Sales team with quotations, orders, customer follow-ups and sales administration.
n
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other business documents.
n
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
n
- Coordinate showroom appointments, deliveries and installation schedules.
n
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, builders and subcontractors regarding orders and project progress.
n
- Coordinate warehouse dispatch, customer pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched accurately.
n
- Support general office administration, stock coordination and day-to-day operations as required.

What we're looking for

n

n
- Excellent in spoken and written English.
n
- Experienced in administration, sales support or customer service (preferred).
n
- Friendly and professional, with strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Able to manage multiple tasks,



prioritise effectively and stay organised in a busy environment.
n
- Proactive, responsible and able to follow tasks through to completion.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems; CRM experience is an advantage.
n
- Basic PowerPoint, CAD or similar drafting skills for creating simple sketches and layouts are preferred, but not essential.
n
- Experience or an interest in the building, construction or interior design industry would be highly regarded.
n
- Honest, reliable and responsible, with a strong work ethic.
n
- Positive, willing to learn and comfortable working as part of a team.
n
- Looking for a long‐term chance and keen to grow with the company.

- Legally entitled to work in Australia.
