The Role

n

We are currently seeking a Motivated and Passionate Service Advisor to join our Service Department.

n

Provide a positive experience for all customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

n

Ability to effectively explain information in relation to services carried out.

n

Build and maintain a sound knowledge of products and services.

n

Knowledge of Warranty and Recall Processes.

n

Work as part of a team to achieve departmental and manufacturer KPI's on a monthly and Quarterly basis.

n

Manage and maintain customer details, work orders and follow up functions.

n

Work alongside the Management team to meet any Customer Expectations

n





Be able to thrive in a busy environment.

n

Answer directly to the Service Manager

n

About You

n

Previous Automotive Service Advisor Experience and advantage but not essential.

n

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

n

Great interpersonal skills and Customer Centric

n

Work well in a team workplace

n

Consultative and inclusive approach to problem solving and solutions

n

Self-motivated, organised and dedicated

n

Hold a current Queensland D/L

n

Keen eye for detail and willingness to learn & develop your skills

n

Customer Satisfaction Focussed

n

Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
