Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Windows System Administrator / Azure Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise Microsoft Windows and Azure infrastructure in a 24x7 production workplace. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), operating system upgrades, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and ITIL-based incident and change management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments.
n
- Perform Windows Server operating system installation, configuration, patching, and upgrade activities.
n
- Monitor and support 24x7 production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
n




- Deploy applications and infrastructure changes using CI/CD pipelines.
n
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, operating system, networking, and application issues.
n
- Manage Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management activities following ITIL best practices.
n
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
n
