The Role as a Speech Pathologist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families,
supporting communication, participation, and developmental outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Conduct assessments and deliver tailored intervention programs
n
- Develop individualised therapy plans and monitor client progress
n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
n
- Build strong relationships with families, educators, and key stakeholders
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and records
n
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Promote best-practice and family-centred approaches to care
n
n
About You
n
n
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
n
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility)
n
- Experience working as a Speech Pathologist
n
- Experience working with paediatric clients is highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based services
n
n
Additional Requirements

- Current Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
n
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- National Police CheckFirst Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
