Job Description
You'll step into a consultancy that has a busy pipeline of repeat work, which means you'll quickly take ownership of significant projects rather than sitting on the sidelines.

Current projects include bespoke new build and redevelopment of schools and early learning centres, commercial work within one of Sydney's most recognised office towers with key AREIT'S.
n
You'll be involved from early front-end advisory, master planning and feasibility stages all the way through to delivery and handover.
n
Because many of the clients are private and repeat clients, you'll spend less time navigating bureaucracy and trying to win work and more time progressing projects.

The Role
n
You'll step into a consultancy that has a busy pipeline of repeat work, which means you'll quickly take ownership of significant projects rather than sitting on the sidelines.

Current projects include new build schools, redevelopments of schools and commercial work within one of Sydney's most recognised office towers.
n
Typical project sizes range from $10million up to $250million.
n
You'll be involved from early front-end advisory, master planning and feasibility stages all the way through to handover.
n
Because many of the clients are private or repeat clients, you'll spend less time navigating bureaucracy and more time actually progressing projects.
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- Minimum 5+ years' experience
n
- Project management consultancy experience preferred.
n
- Built environment only, no I.T or infrastructure please!
n
- Experience delivering building projects ideally in education or commercial sectors.
n
- Robust communication skills and confidence managing stakeholders
n
- The ability to run projects independently while collaborating with a small team
n
- This role would suit someone currently working as a Project Manager approaching Senior level who is tired of working for a large corporate.
