About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You'll be responsible for leading staff, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth operations across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and support staff across all areas of the venue
n
- Provide strong leadership across bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations
n
- Maintain venue procedures, policies, and compliance standards
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
n
- Ensure smooth and professional day-to-day operations
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong knowledge of hotel/venue operations and procedures
n
- Experience in bar, gaming, Keno, and TAB operations
n
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Hands-on, proactive approach
n

Requirements

n

n
- Current QLD RSA, RSG, and RMLV certifications
n
- Availability to work a wide-ranging roster, including evenings, weekends, and nights
