Due to continued growth, we're on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to join our Gold Coast team. You'll be stepping into a role that offers autonomy, support, and the opportunity to lead complex builds that you're proud to drive from the ground up. About you

- You have previous experience as a commercial Site Manager, successfully delivering projects from commencement to completion - ideally multi-residential projects and or industrial projects ($50M - $200M)
n
- You build strong relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity.
n
- You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and subbies.
n
- You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subbies.
n
- You have a commercial view, understand the importance of cost and project requirements and can make informed decisions.
