We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic dog lover to join our network.

Position: Dog Nanny (Independent Contractor)

n

Location: inner east suburbs and bayside Melbourne

n

Availability required on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

n

As a Dog Nanny, you will provide walking services to our clients' dogs, ensuring they receive the exercise, socialisation, and attention they need. This role requires excellent time management, a love for animals, and the ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments.

Responsibilities:

- Pick up a group of dogs according to the schedule provided by the company or client. Take them to a park to provide exercise and enrichment for an hour. Monitor behaviour, manage the pack, take photos. Then return the dogs home.

- Follow specific instructions from pet owners regarding their pets' needs and routines.
n
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs during walks.
n
- Pick up and dispose of dog waste during walks.
n
- Report any concerning behaviors or health issues to pet owners and the company.
n
- Communicate regularly with pet owners to provide updates on their pets.
n




- Adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding dog walking.
n

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years old.
n
- Professionalexperience with dogs is essential
n
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and body language.
n
- Physical ability to walk and control dogs of various sizes and strength levels.
n
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the best interest of the dogs.
n
- Own a smartphone for communication and scheduling purposes.
n
- Valid driver's license and reliable large vehicle.
n
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
n
