You’ll work with Loïc Avril, Group Wine Director, and Yuki Hirose, Group Head Sommelier, to shape Wishbone's wine program and guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Join an opening team that values exceptional hospitality, learning, and career growth, with WSET or similar certification and Victorian RSA required or highly regarded.
