We're looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our FCM team, managing corporate and academic travel arrangements for a dedicated portfolio of large market clients.

About the Role: FCM Travel Consultant
As a Travel Consultant at FCM, your day-to-day will include:
- Managing end-to-end travel arrangements including international air, car, hotel and ground transportation bookings using Sabre GDS
- Handling complex fares, ticket exchanges, Phase IVs and itinerary changes accurately and efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your dedicated portfolio of corporate clients
- Meeting designated SLAs while delivering exceptional service standards
- Following account-specific guidelines and company procedures for ticketing and GDS productivity
- Collaborating with and supporting fellow team members to ensure seamless client servicing
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager
- High level of GDS proficiency, preferably Sabre
- Strong attention to detail when managing complex itineraries
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team workplace
- Sharp business acumen with a drive for sales and service excellence

- 1st Year OTE $85,000+ (comprising $55,000 base + uncapped monthly incentives) + super
- Training wage guarantee of $80,000pa + super for your first 6 months
