19th August, 2026

Kowaimātou? | Who are we?

At Access Community Health, our nurses deliver specialist clinical care in people’s homes, supporting independence, wellbeing, and better days for those we serve.

Our nursing team is committed to empowering people to live active, safe, and independent lives within their homes and communities.

Each year, we provide services to more than 35,000 people across Aotearoa - ensuring that every day can be a better day.

Our work is guided by WhakamanaTāngata and our commitment to TeTiriti o Waitangi, supporting equitable outcomes for the communities we serve.

He kōrerowhakamāramamōtēneitūranga | About the role

Join our thriving nursing community on a 4-month fixed-term contract and make a powerful difference in the lives of others. As an Access Community Health Registered Nurse, you’ll bring essential healthcare directly into people’s homes - shaping personalised support plans, delivering high-quality clinical care, and guiding our support workers to provide the very best service. Working alongside a connected team of skilled health professionals, you’ll play a vital role in achieving exceptional outcomes for the people we support.

You will provide culturally secure, respectful and consent-based care that recognises what matters to each person - including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, communication needs and boundaries - and you will involve whānau/support networks where this is the person’s preference.
