The Telegraph Hotel, part of Australian Venue Co., in Hobart, is seeking two experienced Sous Chefs to join our leadership team. You’ll lead the kitchen during busy services, mentor junior chefs and contribute to a strong food offering in a lively, venue-wide setting.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll drive quality and consistency, support menu development and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. A positive, hands-on leader with excellent communication will thrive here.
