Occupational Therapist - New Graduate / Early Career

$80,000–$95,000 + super (FTE) | Part-time or Full-time | 9-day fortnight

New graduates welcome | Weekly Senior OT supervision | $2,000 PD allowance | Clinic + community within Logan

Capability Psychology & Wellness is looking for a new graduate or early career OT to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Logan.

We offer a supportive start to your career with weekly 1:1 clinical supervision from a Senior OT, ongoing mentoring and a gradual caseload build . You’ll join a warm, down-to-earth team who genuinely enjoy coming to work.

The role

We’re open to part-time (ideally 3 days) or full-time on a 9-day fortnight , with a flexible commencement date.

You’ll work across clinic and community settings, with all community travel kept within Logan .

You’ll gain experience across assessment, intervention, functional capacity assessments and report writing, with opportunities across paediatric and adult practice . We’ll tailor your caseload to your interests and the areas you’d like to develop.

What you’ll get
