Sign-on Bonuses and Incentives
- A Lump Sum sign-on bonus of up to $20,000* for 2nd year midwives and above moving from work in an NSW MM1 and MM2 location, or midwives moving from interstate. Commencement is required by the 30th September 2026.
- If you do not meet the above criteria you may be eligible for RHWIS Incentives of up to $10,000*. For all enquiries relating to *All payments made to part time employees will be on a pro rata basis.
- Support for Applicants for this position may qualify for the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentives Scheme (RHWIS)

What You'll Be Doing
The Registered Midwife using best practice evidence provides women-centered maternity care in collaboration with individual-s and the multidisciplinary health care team. Provides supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve people focused quality care.
Qualifications – External Selection Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife with evidence of recent clinical experience and skills in relation to the position, and a strong commitment to maintaining professional competence.
- Demonstrated effective professional verbal and written communication within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
