About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Junior Project Manager to join the Ultimate Fitouts team, helping bring commercial fitout projects to life across Melbourne.

Based full-time in our Glen Iris office, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality projects from planning through to completion working closely with our team to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting in the development and delivery of detailed project plans to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Coordinating and supporting project teams, including designers, trades, and subcontractor
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and keeping all stakeholders informed
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, OH&S; regulations, and quality standards
- Working closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure it’s delivered
- Preparing project estimates and managing resources for on-time, on-budget completion
- Carrying out administrative tasks that support the successful delivery of your projects

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager, ideally within fitouts or commercial construction
- Strong grasp of project management principles, tools, and methodologies




- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Skilled in planning, budgeting, scheduling and managing risk
- Sound knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety practices
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
