Join the growing team at Crest Accounting Pty Ltd as an Intermediate / Senior Accountant. This full-time position is based in East Maitland, NSW. You will play a key role in providing high-quality accounting and taxation services to a diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

Preparing financial statements, tax returns and other accounting documents for clients, including self managed superannuation fund clients

Assisting with tax planning and compliance activities

Conducting research and analysis to support strategic decision making

Providing proactive advice and recommendations to clients

Collaborating with the broader Crest Accounting team on projects and initiatives

Mentoring and training junior accounting staff

What we're looking for

Post-qualification experience in public practice or commercial accounting

Strong technical skills in tax, compliance and financial reporting

Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities

Problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset





Experience supervising and developing junior accounting staff

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related field
