Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Team Leader to join our SMA team!

n

The role supports the day-to-day operations of our investment and superannuation SMA product offerings, with a focus on payments and transfers.

n

You will lead and support a team of up to nine people, ensuring client transactions are processed compliantly and efficiently. This includes requests and activities such as in-specie transfers, pension payments, Direct Debits, BPAY and the administration of account fees.

n

You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, providing regular coaching and feedback to support team performance, developing capability through cross-skilling and best practice, supporting complex queries as a subject matter expert, and managing work allocation to meet SLAs.

This Role is Ideal for Someone Who

n

n
- Has 2+ years' experience managing direct reports.
n
- Has experience supporting teams to deliver client outcomes within agreed SLAs.
n
- Has experience coaching team members, identifying development needs and coordinating appropriate support and training.
n
- Has worked for 4+ years within a wealth management platform, custody or funds management environment, with an understanding of superannuation, SMA and investment account processes.
n
- Has the ability to effectively manage workflows, prioritise and contribute to continuous improvement.
n
