Your daily responsibilities:

n

- All aspects of face-to-face, phone and, email sales transactions
n
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
n
- Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
n
- Opening & Closing
n

n

Your skills and experience:

n

- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks quickly and to be flexible.
n
- High level of communication,



customer service, and interpersonal skills.
n
- Enthusiastic with an excellent team and big picture focus.
n
- Positive, friendly and outcome focused.
n
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
n
- Hands‐on "Doer" and "Finisher".
n
- RELIABLE & ACCURATE with a high level of integrity.
n
- Minimum 2 years Level 3 Retail experience.
