Strata Manager | Boutique Strata Management Company | Liverpool, Sydney Due to continued portfolio growth, the business is looking to appoint either an experienced Assistant Strata Manager ready to step into a Strata Manager role or an established Strata Manager seeking a supportive, long-term career opportunity.

Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, you will take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 80 residential and mixed-use buildings comprising around 900 lots. You'll be supported by modern systems, experienced colleagues, and leadership that genuinely values work-life balance and professional development.

The Role As the Strata Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while managing a quality portfolio and building strong relationships with owners, strata committees, contractors, and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 80 buildings (around 900 lots).
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with owners corporations, committee members, and contractors.
n
- Prepare meeting agendas, notices, minutes, and correspondence.
n
- Coordinate maintenance works, insurance claims, quotations, and contractor management.
n
- Provide professional advice on day-to-day strata management matters and legislative requirements.
n
- Ensure accurate record keeping, compliance,



and contract administration.
n
- Attend Strata Committee and Annual General Meetings.
n
- Deliver proactive, solutions-focused customer service while maintaining high client satisfaction.

About You

n

n
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager or Assistant Strata Manager.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- A proactive and professional approach to client service.
n
- Knowledge of NSW strata legislation and industry best practices.
n
- A current Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence (or be working towards obtaining one).
n
