Junior Carpenter and Wall and Ceiling Plaster apprentices wanted! - North & South Brisbane

As a plastering apprentice, your duties will include learning to prepare surfaces, install plasterboard, and apply smooth finishes while building hands‐on skills under qualified tradespeople and following site safety.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Assist in erecting frames
n
- Preparing, cutting, and installing gyprock sheeting
n
- Complete carpentry and handyperson tasks
n
- Carry out minor painting and touch‐up tasks
n
- Reading and interpreting site plans and adhering to site safety
n
- Maintaining cleanliness on site and maintenance of tools
n

n

- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively

- Positive attitude and valuable communication skills

Requirements:

n

n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and own or have access to a vehicle
n




- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
n
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and environmental practices
n
- Punctual and well‐presented
n
- Ability to use mobile and technology for reporting and college updates
n
- A genuine interest in the plastering trade
n
