Dental Lab Technician — Digital Workflow Specialist

n

We're seeking an experienced lab technician to join our busy implant practice. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in a high‐volume digital environment and takes pride in producing precision work.

About the role

n

You'll be working closely with our clinical team on complex full‐arch implant cases, from digital design through to final delivery. The role spans the full digital workflow, with a focus on same‐day and next‐day turnaround for surgical and prosthetic deliverables.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- CAD/CAM design for full‐arch implant-supported restorations
n
- 3D printing of surgical guides, models, and provisional restorations
n
- Titanium milling for bars, frameworks, and custom abutments
n
- Managing digital case files from intraoral scans through to production
n
- Liaising with clinicians on case planning and design approvals
n

What we're looking for

n

n




- Proven experience in digital dental lab work, particularly full‐arch implant cases
n
- Proficiency with leading CAD software (exocad, 3Shape, or similar)
n
- Hands‐on experience operating 3D printers and milling units, including titanium
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
n
- A collaborative approach and willingness to engage directly with the clinical team
n
- Experience with ceramics, staining and glazing preferred
n
- Qualifications – Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher in Dental Technology (or equivalent).
n
- Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting.
