Point Care in Mackay, QLD, is seeking a Rostering Leader to supervise rostering coordinators, oversee service coverage, and drive system improvements.

You will liaise with CRCs, HR, Payroll, Intake, and Operations, ensure SCHADS and NDIS policy compliance, and review staff qualifications before allocation. Flexibility and robust communication are required.
