Protech are currently seeking anExperienced Civil Leading Handto join a growing team working across major civil projects throughout the Gold Coast. This is an ongoing prospect for the right candidate with animmediate start available.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
n
- Leading earthworks crews across civil construction projects
n
- Full-time hours (casual) with overtime opportunities available
n
- Competitive hourly rates based on experience
n
- Ongoing project work with long-term opportunities
n
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
- Supervise and lead civil earthworks crews on site
n
- Coordinate daily tasks and work schedules
n
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
n
- Operate civil plant and equipment where required
n
- Read and interpret construction plans and project specifications
n
- Liaise with Supervisors, Project Managers, and subcontractors
n
- Maintain high safety, quality,
and environmental standards
n
- Provide hands‐on support to the crew as required
n
n
TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
n
n
- Proven experience as a Civil Leading Hand is essential
n
- Strong civil earthworks experience
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
- Machinery tickets and VOCs highly regarded
n
- Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity on site
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
n
Must be able to pass D&A; testing and a pre-employment medical.
