Public Programs & Venue Services Officer

- Permanent, part time position

- Circa $76K (pro rata) 22 hours per week

About the role
n
Under the supervision of the Operations Team Leader, the Public Programs & Venue Services Officer designs and delivers a range of creative workshops and events at Bundoora Homestead Art Centre, including kids' art classes, history tours, and adult art and craft workshops. This position also plays a support role to visitor services at the Homestead, greeting customers and providing exhibition information.

You will

- Design and deliver weekly art and craft workshop for families and young children
n
- Design and deliver education and heritage tours at Bundoora Homestead.
n
- Liaise with contractors to coordinate the delivery of specialised art and craft workshops and events.
n
- Provide visitor services support at the gallery front desk
n
n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Well-developed administrative, operational and organisational skills
n
- Well-developed customer service principles and practice
n
n
