Eagleheart is a unique design & construct fitout organisation delivering turn key medical spaces.

We are seeking a motivated person to manage the day to day running of our upcoming projects in Victoria.

n

To ensure success, you will need positive communication skills, be able to problem solve, be technically minded and humble.

n

Role & Responsibilities:

n

n
- Review and understanding of plans/drawings
n
- Identify defects throughout the build
n
- Trade coordination onsite
n
- Understanding and implementation of commercial construction process
n
- Daily log posting within out online platform
n




- Calling trades ahead of time to ensure they will be coming to site and checking with the office that all trades insurances and OHS requirements are in order
n
- OH&S; Reporting and management onsite
n
- Site deliveries, meeting trades on site etc
n
- Maintaining a clean site
n

Requirements:

n

n
- Be technically minded (especially in construction)
n
- Exceptional analytical with strong problem-solving skills
n
- Have a construction background
n
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
n
- Be humble, energetic and courageous
n
- Have very good communication, oral, writing, computer and listening skills
n
- Have your own vehicle, phone, laptop/tablet
n

Note; this is a full time or contract role and there is no ability to work from home.
