An established and highly respected builder with over 40 years of successful operation is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join the team on a major residential apartment development in Canberra.

The Role

n

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take ownership of the structural delivery phase of a large-scale apartment project, coordinating trades, driving programme and quality outcomes, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.

n

You will play a key role in maintaining site productivity, quality, and construction sequencing throughout the structure phase.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all structural trades and subcontractors
n
- Drive programme and productivity outcomes on site
n
- Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with HSEQ requirements
n
- Maintain high quality standards across all structural elements
n




- Coordinate day-to-day site activities with the project team
n
- Manage site logistics, sequencing, and planning
n
- Assist in resolving construction and coordination issues proactively
n
- Maintain strong communication with subcontractors and consultants
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
n
- Robust understanding of concrete structures and construction sequencing
n
- Ability to lead teams and maintain a strong team culture with all Project stakeholders
n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
- High attention to safety, quality, and programme delivery
n
- Stable employment history with reputable builders preferred
n
- 7. Ability to use computers and industry specific software packages.
n
