Job Description

Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency Co Op in Chirnside Park is seeking a Senior Case Manager within the Family Services team. You will support Aboriginal people and families referred to VACCA, working in a multidisciplinary workplace to provide an integrated family support service addressing identified needs.
