The role focuses on clinical support and designing educational initiatives to enhance the skills, confidence and career development of Anaesthesia Assistants, aligning with PSO8 and hospital learning requirements.
You will implement evidence-based education programs, advance the position of Anaesthesia Assistants, and ensure ongoing competencies across the
