Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991, there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.About the TeamThe School Based Youth Health Nurse Service aims to promote positive health outcomes for young people and their families through the provision of a primary health care service centred around the principles of early intervention, assessment and harm minimisation and prevention. The service provides, the opportunity for young people, their parents/ carers, and members of the school community to access a health professional in the school setting for matters relating to the health and well-being of young peopleAbout the RoleIn this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values.You'll fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Schedule 2, Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award - State 2015 - Generic Level Statements (GLS) Nurse Grade 5 and the Queensland Health and Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQHHS) commitments and values, in achievement of the organisational goals and Domains of Practice.Your contribution will include:Domain 1: Direct comprehensive care or provision of direct careDomain 2: Support of SystemsDomain 3: EducationDomain 4: ResearchPlease refer to the Role Description for more information.About Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQ HHS)Children's Health Queensland is a recognised leader in paediatric healthcare, teaching and research,
