About the Client

Our client is a well-established Australian company with a large-scale 3PL and distribution operation based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their team and help oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone with strong warehouse experience who is confident leading a team while remaining actively involved in the operation.

What’s on Offer:

- AUD 80,000 - AUD 85,000
- Monday-Friday,



7:30 AM-3:30 PM
- Ongoing role with potential for long-term opportunities
- Work with an established and growing company

The Role:

- Leading and supporting the warehouse team, including daily task allocation
- Coordinating receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, dispatch, and general warehouse operations
- Operating high reach forklift and using WMS/RF scanning systems
- Monitoring productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and overall wareh$80K-$85K + Superouse performance
