Anglo American / De Beers Group is seeking a motivated Human Resources Officer to join the onsite HR team at Capcoal Open Cut Mine in Middlemount, QLD. This hands-on role covers the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, performance management, reporting and day-to-day HR guidance.
The successful candidate will provide HR advice, maintain HR records, support end-to-end HR processes, and process payroll while building solid relationships with leaders and staff.
