About the position: With full support of the Install Manager and Eastern Seaboard Install Manager, you will be responsible for supervising our NSW/ACT qualified installation team, specifically supporting our commercial home builder contracts:

- Implementation of training and induction plans to ensure our team succeeds.
- Create a problem solving environment where our team feels capable of making decisions and consistently goes above and beyond for our customers.
- Ensure that our tradespeople have all the relevant licences.
- Ensure installers are following all procedures in relation to job completion and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for ensuring the team follows all relevant Safe Working Practices (SWPs) in accordance with the National Safety Plan and installations are completed in line with Australian Standard.
- Ensure the right training and processes are in place to minimise accidents and ensure any incidents are reported correctly and in a timely manner.
- Support the Install Manager to motivate and engage the team by actively working with the team to achieve KPIs.
- Work closely with the Commercial Admin to book installs in a timely manner.
- Act as an escalation point for any issues. You will demonstrate a 'customer first' attitude and use initiative to find solutions to complex situations, assuming every problem is solvable.




- Working directly with Winning Commercial team to solve problems as and when they arise.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders; the Winning Commercial teams, managers, builders and other third parties to ensure supported sales growth of Winning Commercial business.

- Permanent Full-Time.
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm.
