DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (ASO7/ASO8) for a contract opportunity with a large South Australian public sector organisation.

This is a senior HR leadership role responsible for partnering with executive and senior management stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational workforce solutions. You will provide expert advice across a broad range of people management matters, drive workforce initiatives, and contribute to organisational performance through effective stakeholder engagement and people leadership. The ASO8 level role may also involve leading and mentoring a small team of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level HR advice and recommendations to senior leaders and executives.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement workforce strategies and solutions.
- Manage complex employee relations, performance management, complaint and dispute resolution matters.
- Support organisational change and workforce improvement initiatives.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships across a complex operating setting.
- Lead, coach and support HR team members where required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:





- Previous Human Resources Business Partner experience within the South Australian Public Sector
- Strong understanding of the South Australian public sector employment framework.
- Experience delivering high-level HR advisory and consultancy services.
- Proven ability to manage complex people management and employee relations matters.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience within a health environment will be highly regarded.

- 5-month contract
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Adelaide CBD location
