Our Global Pharma & International Consumer team is expanding, we currently have a vacancy for a Key Account Manager which is a newly created role responsible for driving commercial growth and managing strategic relationships supporting our pharma portfolio of products.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and grow key accounts across pharmacy, hospital and wholesaler
- Develop and execute account and business plans aligned to commercial strategy
- Identify and deliver new business opportunities across retail
- Lead end-to-end tender and contract management, including submissions, implementation, performance tracking and renewals
- Negotiate trading terms,



promotional programs and commercial agreements
- Deliver sales targets and support product launches and promotional initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of service and issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with marketing, medical, regulatory and sales teams to ensure compliant execution
- Represent the business at industry meetings and events as required

What we are looking for

- Advanced analytical capability, including tender evaluation, pricing analysis and interpretation of sales and market data
- Highly self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
