Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is seeking a skilled Employment Relations Specialist to join our Employment Relations team on a temporary full time basis until September 2027 (parental leave contract). You will provide ER/IR advice across the employee lifecycle for our schools and Catholic Schools office, reporting to the Employment Relations Manager.
This role supports a busy team and partners with leaders to navigate sensitive situations.
