Senior Graphic Designer | Menswear Fashion | Sydney

This is a rare chance to put your stamp on one of the most recognised menswear retail groups in Australia and New Zealand! We're after a Senior Graphic Designer who understands what makes a customer stop scrolling, click, walk in-store, and come back. You'll work across the full creative mix, digital, motion, print and campaign -and your work will be seen at scale.

The role:

You will be the kind of designer who can move between a performance-led eDM and a full seasonal campaign without missing a beat. You’ll design for web, social, paid media, in store and everything in between - producing assets that are sharp, on-brand and built to perform.

What we're looking for:

- At least 5 years of graphic or digital design experience, preferably in retail or fashion
- A portfolio that shows range -brand work, digital performance creative, motion and print
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills across Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly, After Effects and Figma




- Real motion and video capability
- Confidence applying AI tools to scale output and streamline production
- A genuine understanding of how design performs - eCommerce, responsive, device-optimised
- Someone who communicates clearly, takes feedback well and makes the work better for it
- The ability to stay calm, organised and precise when everything is moving rapid
